The Ministry of Women and Child Development on the occasion of International Day of Yoga 2018 launched a social media contest — ‘#YogaFor9To5’, inviting participants to share self-demonstration Videos and Pictures of Yoga Asanas being practiced during office hours. It also aimed to imbibe Yoga in our daily lives especially during work.

The National Human Rights Commission, NHRC India, in the run up to its Silver Jubilee Celebrations, organized Logo design and Slogan/ Tagline writing Competitions, online through the “MyGov” portal in April, 2018 in order to seek people’s involvement and participation in the promotion and protection of human rights. A total of 893 entries were received for Logo Design and 4237 entries for Slogan/ Tagline from people of varied age groups and from different parts of the country.

The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF & CC), Government of India, the Global Host for World Environment Day, 2018, had conducted a contest for design of Logo for World Environment Day, 2018 to catch the attention on the theme of the World Environment Day, i.e. “Plastic Pollution”. The broad concern was to highlight the major environmental stress caused due to littering and unsafe disposals.
