The first and foremost attention should be put on educating and developing the skills of rural girl child and girl child of below poverty line family. The flowchart of the curriculum should as under: 1. Education till 12th class should be made mandate. 2. Basic computer knowledge to each girl child should be given. 3. Determining the speciality or the special skill present in particular individual & polishing the skill for efficient output.

In India,Intellect of any person should not be calculated on the basis of English language. 1.Syllabus from Primary Education to Higher Education should be same at National Level.(e.g.1st std to 10th std,Engineering,Medical,IIM etc…)(Every state should add some subjects like state Geography,State History and State polity etc.) 2.In every state education should be in at least two languages-1.English,2.State Languages(including Science,Engineering,Medical ,IIM also….) .

3.All the exams at state level should be in English and State Language.(e.g.Board Exams,University Exam,Competitive Exams etc.) 4.All the exams at National level should be in English and 22 Indian Languages(Recognised by Constitution). There should be Model Answers in English and 22 Indian Languages(e.g .Exams like NTSE; Engineering CET,NEET; all Banking Exams; all MBA exams including CAT,MAT; all UPSC exams like IAS/IPS,NDA,IES,CAPF, Command Assistant etc.)

Curriculam Solution: 1.In India,there should be semester pattern from 5th std to 10th std. 2.At Present, in Primary and Secondary education level subjects are-State Language, English, Science, Mathematics, History, Geography, Polity,Economics,Environment etc. 3.For technical/skill development,Vocational/Technical subjects should be added. 4.For Psychological and Social development subjects like Psychology,Philosophy,Sociology should be added.[

Girls Education needs an holistic & comprehensive solution rather than only isolated 4 tasks of toilets,curricula,state-govt/worldwide best practices.A single e-governance platform shall connect all problems of out of school girls, infrastructure,academics,health & nutrition, safety/security, availability of resources with a sustainable solution supported by a knowledge hub of domestic/international role models,proof of concepts,established research,best practices. A Scientific Game Changer.

First of all let the girl child learn a minimum of four languages (Hindi, English, Mother Tongue and a Foreign Language) and it will boost the morale of the child. Then let her have education of her own area of interest and all is to be given free of cost. In two or three decade's time the whole India will be enlightened. Then the most important thing as a right should be formulated is employment for all who complete their education

1- compulsory education upto 12th 2- technical computer education should be made compulsory since 3rd class 3- english learning 4- creating awareness among students regarding environment issues and giving homework related to that 5- sports training 6- self defence 7- instead of repeated history, current issues regarding system and envirinment should be taught and the ideas should be implemented 8- imparting sex education and rules and regulations of our constitution.

Sweet learning is a play game model curriculam which which was practiced by me in a intensive theatre wotkshop for school children. As workshop director various type of theatre games using balls,rippons and sticks werrude. Their iq improved systematically. Their leadership quality also improved. Their self confidence level increased. End result was encouraging with girl students.

Following shall be done to enhance the skill of Girl Student Employment. 1. Policy for reservation in employement shall be focussed on Girls 2. Education to the Girls child shall be focussed on self employment 3. Compulsory education to Girl Child up to 10th Standard 4. Skill develoment programmes for Girls right from the first standard

1. providing the laptop for all intermediate girls for the future technical hand. 2.government should opened all the institute for the girls free of cost and arrange the hostel facilitates government should arrange the mess for the girls free .govt.should give the loan trained girls without interest period of five years.
