Providing a digital identity to all individuals is crucial to facilitate electronic authentication for delivery of online public services. The digital identity must be unique, lifelong, online and authenticable. The digital identity should be easily verifiable in an online and cost-effective way. Aadhaar provides such a digital identity that also serves as a proof of identity and address for individuals. If such a digital identity could be linked to mobile phones in a secure manner, it would make the task of online authentication much easier at the level of the individual. As the penetration of mobile phones is high, this digital identity will facilitate the delivery of online services more easily.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on how mobile phones and digital identity could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities. The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, cost effectiveness, operational efficiency, etc. You can upload your ideas in doc or pdf format.

A unique QR code should be given digitally to the individuals on demand. That QR code should contain at least three unique identity details of the individual. Another application should be developed for checking authorities (say Government departments). That application should scan that QR code and needs to check the authenticity in the government database by for some parameters like doc no. The acceptance will be given on verification. Need to develop more from this raw idea.

Dynamic Authentication using OTP will prove useful. Every data collected from an individual should be seeked digitally so they can submit it from anywhere. Now a days everyone possess Smart Phones; There should be a separate application made for serving an individual's Digital Identity in Cell Phones. But to secure this app there should be ways of authenticating like Password, Adhaar Id, OTP, and sms services. Also the location from where the user login must be saved so as to maintain security.

Civic Services are very poor in all cities, to improve it we can develop a system where for example there is bad road , a person a click a photo and tag it with location and send to a complain center and after that it should be recorded and action can done , similarly with schools , garbage dumping etc problem can be solved
