गणतंत्र दिवस शुभ दिन आया... तिरंगा फहराओ प्यारा - प्यारा । तुम हमारी आन हो तुम हमारी शान हो... तुम हमारे देश की नीव का निशान हो। तुम पर हम सब बलि बलि जाए.. तुम को शीश झुकाए हम। गणतंत्र दिवस शुभ दिन आया... तिरंगा फहराओ प्यारा प्यारा।

यही समय है, सही समय है, भारत का अनमोल समय है। असंख्य भुजाओं की शक्ति है, हर तरफ़ देश की भक्ति है, तुम उठो तिरंगा लहरा दो, भारत के भाग्य को फहरा दो यही समय है, सही समय है, भारत का अनमोल समय है। कुछ ऐसा नहीं जो कर ना सको, कुछ ऐसा नहीं जो पा ना सको, तुम उठ जाओ, तुम जुट जाओ, सामर्थ्य को अपने पहचानो, कर्तव्य को अपने सब जानो, भारत का ये अनमोल समय है, यही समय है, सही समय है 21वीं सदी में भारत के सपनों और आकांक्षाओं को पूरा करने से कोई भी बाधा रोक नहीं सकती।

गांधी जी की मातृभाषा गुजराती थी। गांधी जी ने अल्फ्रेड हाई स्कूल, राजकोट से पढ़ाई की थी गांधी जी का जन्मदिन 2 अक्टूबर अंतर्राष्ट्रीय अहिंसा दिवस के रूप में विश्वभर में मनाया जाता है। महात्मा गांधी जी अपने माता-पिता के सबसे छोटी संतान थे उनके दो भाई और एक बहन थी। उनके पिता धार्मिक रूप से हिंदू तथा जाति से मोध बनिया थे। माधव देसाई, गांधी जी के निजी सचिव थे। उनकी हत्या बिरला भवन के बगीचे में हुई थी। गांधी जी और प्रसिध्द लेखक लियो टोलस्टोय के बीच लगातार पत्र व्यवहार होता था।
