The Ministry of Finance is proposing a national initiative to provide all households in the country with banking services, with particular focus to empower the weaker sections of society, including women, small and marginal farmers and labourers, both urban and rural.

This task seeks inputs to design a Logo, name and tag line for the Finance Ministry's initiative. The last date of submision is 7th August 2014. The winning entry will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 50,000.

NAME-ARTH SAMARTH- It speaks in itself, the Plan shall make every individual Financially Competent TAGLINE- SANGRAH. SAMRIDDHI. SURAJYA- It draws the focus on 3 steps i.e. Savings (Sangrah) will lead to economic growth (Samridhi) and finally attain the aim of good governance (Surajya) LOGO-The outer ring color change shows improving economic condition. Green Color refers prosperity. Rupee symbol emerges from bottom of pyramid and supports common man to become independent (Yellow to white)

Name: Kubera Seva Tagline: Wealth for the People Kubera is the Lord of the Wealth and the savior of the people. Kubera Seva means the financial support provided to the people by the Government. The bird signifies prosperity. The green and yellow colors signify wealth and glory of the people which they will achieve by Kubera Seva.

Name: National Universal Banking Services Initiative (NUBSI) Tagline: "Light the lamp of Banking". Meaning of Name: In the word “NUBSI”, “NUB” means a central or essential point of any problem and “SI” means International System. Collectively it forms as “NUBSI” i.e. it is the international system initittive to solve of the very problem that india is facing currently i.e. people are deprived of banking services.

Its better to market what the financial inclusion plan consists of. So highlighting RuPay Debit Card and how that will bring financial security to the weaker sections of the population. Name: RuPay Debit Card, Tag line: zarurat main asli sathi/ meri surakhsha / mera surakhsha kavash . Its simple and easy to understand.
