Specially-abled face lot of humiliation in their daily life. But it depends totally on the society how they treat them.I have seen good example in the State of Tamil Nadu where people feel honored by providing some help particularly if they are passing through road even traffic policemen will help them to cross the road .I could not click the pics of that moment but people can see this anywhere in Tamil Nadu but they are abused at max place.Skill as suit to them may be given for their livelihood

Since I am from Varanasi, I happened to visit an NGO which is run by and Australian in Varanasi. I was amazed to see the special care that they were taking of the specially abled. They also felicitated the specially abled with a school which was absolutely free. It's name is Kiran and also has subsidised food.
