This task requires you to invest time with the local community in explaining how they can access digital technology and services for their benefit. E.g., banking services, government services, training programs, use of social media, etc.

Digital disparity is a stark reality in our country. We have to educate our fellow citizens on how to access and use digital technologies and services for their personal benefit and for the greater good of society. This task will require you to impart digital knowledge and to understand what it takes to make digital services usable and useful to the common man.

I always help my neighbours to book tickets, fill the forms online and for social media too. I trained them how to use online in their daily routine work like bill payments of mobile, electricity and online mney transfer etc... I feel happy to do that :)

when we say Digital India, we dreamed that every citizen of India is connected with each other and outside India also. That person is can handle the Digital equipment with ease but this dream is too much far. To get this dream Govt. need to make org.in every village of each state and need young volunteers who can teach them " how to operate digital devices". I am an engg. in electronics and comm. I want to become volunteer of such org. and want to share knowledge to make India a digital India.

I am currently in USA but I can help any organization or school to teach IT technology concepts online. I can use Google Hangout or Skype Group call to train people.

I like to educate people by doing myself first. I use the full power of digital technologies in every aspect from shopping, banking, travelling, record keeping communication etc. and encourage every person I meet in doing so.

The frst step in closing the digital divide is to undrstnd ur community’s resources. Do u know hw many households are without Internet access? Where can a senior go to learn hw to use Skype to connect with their grandchildren? Where are the public WiFi hotspots? Knowing these facts will help you point individuals in the direction they need for support. Mapping your community’s assets will allow you to identify your community’s needs and develop programs to target under-served population

There are many senior citizens in my locality which are educated but are not well versed with technologies or computer/mobile usages. I want to make them learn these new age technologies so that they can complete their many bank or document related tasks their self and conveniently. Also, in their leisure time, they can use internet to find information and good practices across the globe to gain new perspective and guide the youth.

First of all, I thank The Team for providing us an opportunity to express/contribute our views for nation development. Being a professor in Technical field, coming from a rural area, I strongly believe in using the existing resource with required training. As I am much interested in integration of farming with technology( has an idea for complete portal development, task closed), having a node at gramapanchayath and providing training to PDO would bring a change in farming. Similar for other
