In order to identify and popularize the programme implemented nationwide by the Department of Land Resources (Ministry of Rural Development) viz. World Bank Assisted National Watershed Management Project –Neeranchal, DoLR invites citizens to design a Logo, coin a new name and Tagline for the project.

The logo, name and taglines should

• Communicate the essence of the programmes and its objectives
• Be unique, dynamic, progressive and scalable
• Represent the cultural ethos of the country
• Not resemble any other brand logo

The last date for submitting entries is 10th October 2014 (midnight)

The winning Entry will receive a cash reward of Rs. 40,000/-

Further, 5 shortlisted entries for the programme will get a cash prize of Rs 10,000/- each.

This is my fourth logo suggestion. The tagline is " JAL JIVAN KI GATI, RASHTRA KI PRAGATI." The name suggestion : JALABHIYAN / NEERABHIYAN. The Logo depicts National Flag at the backdrop with watershed at front. Water is being collected in hands showing we are managing and protecting it. The leaf as the positive image of hand depicts progress.

Logo 3 for this project. It has the Tagline JAL NE JEEVAN DIYA, AAO JAL KO JEEVAN DE. which clearly states how important it is to watershed. Name suggestion: NEER-ABHIYAAN. The logo has national Tri color. The water droplet has the mountain depiction from which water flows and accumulates in the hand. It depicts we are managing and protecting watershed. The leaf forms the positive image of the hand. The green leaf depicts our progress. There is also a depiction of Asoka Chakra in the droplet.

My second Logo suggestion for this program has the same color scheme of National Tri color. The backdrop is of Ashoka Chakra. We can see in the water droplet there is a mountain from which water is getting accumulated in hand. Its a clear depiction of watershed and we protecting it by hands. Also the hand forms a negative image on the backdrop of a leaf. Leaf here depicts our progress in agriculture thereby life by watershed. Tagline is JAL HAI TOH KAL HAI. Name suggestion JAL-ABHIYAAN

My Logo suggestion for National Watershed Management Programme. The Logo main characteristic is that it should be simple, unique and comprehensible. As we can see there is a clear depiction of Watershed in the center. The colors used are national tri color in the same sequence as per flag. The Ashoka Chakra has been used at the backdrop. The tagline for the Logo is "Jal sunischit, Rastra Viksit". My name suggestion is JAL-ABHIYAN. Thanks
