Keep it as Like your Original Website with added features.
It should be more useful than attractive.
If possible there should a scheduled chat with officials

Regarding MOBILE APP, I beg to submit the following suggestions:
1 - There should be a provision for One Time Registration, which should require the following details (a)-Full Name,b-Date of Birth DD-MM-YYYY,c-Picture (Optional),d-Email(to be confirmed),e-Full Address, including City/ District, State,f-PAN Card No.

The essentials on Main page of App
1.imp Announcements from PMO to citizens
2. Where citizens can share Wishes/ Appriciations/comments/ griviances/ complaints/ issues even as guest user
3. A routed link to page with details of previous issues raised and its status
4. News From PMO/ nation
5. Reg to My Gov Site
6. Pat on Some Citizens by PM for special actions
7. Additional feature where PM's Office can record presence nd also provide update on anything urgent/ important

App should have poling option. PMO can conduct Poles for critical issues. # suggestions

In this app there should be a seprate corner for students that is ONE STOP CORNER where they could get all the necessary information like about govt job,internship,and all the policies which are formulated for them and can be helpful because many of the students miss the chance just because of lack of information.A seprate corner where a person can directly send there views and ideas to prime minister.

1.Page for ongoing major #development projects with progress tracking for transparency.
2.Reachability- Ability to provide feedback, requests, complain and being being able to see how your feedbacks/complains are being proceed via updates from PMOIndia
3.Injustice Portal- People face unethic treatment from government officials / politicians. Portal to raise voice anonymously.
4.Public Poll for decisions & ideas- Public opinion matters, frequent #polls to get opinion from people. #information

The PMO App should have a feature to capture the end user's biometric identity (fingerprint or IRIS image) and retrieve the details of the user from the Aadhar database. This will help a lot of agencies like police, army etc for identifying the end users and also has a potential to graduate to formation of a online national criminal database

#Information - Information is Power. Lack of structured information/data has been the major challenge for addressing any issue in our country. App should enable Govt in collecting right information of its citizens and should be the means for validation as well. People should be able to access information on citizen rights, privileges, Govt programs & schemes etc. For app usage encouragement, there should not be any data / internet usage charges for citizens.
