We develop the common underground system for all India level. It will provide the specialty to hold the all cable like fiber,Eb etc.it fully controlled by gov then we provide the space to private sector to lay their own cable for monthly or yearly. That will be income to our gov and most repeated work can be prevent, our existing road other things keep safe,we prevent the pollution, traffic .People consume the uninterrupted communication.First we plan improve the infrastructure for optical fiber.

At present we have the Optical Fiber throughout all major city. where ever see those cables are hanging in tree or some other pole. no one know the value and backbone of that cable.Communication is important nowadays.no one aware about that cable simply cut down the cable then the part of area disconnected with communication. For that we have provide clean path to lay the Communication, electricity cable etc.It will strengthen the Existing Optical fiber network.

My Dear PM Modi Ji, I would to share an idea about increasing the Fiber Optical network in India through making use of existing Optical fiber connection and by introducing or inviting Google's Fiber to India so that they can test and help India to grow in fiber optic technology, However we do have fiber optic introduced in many cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad & Mumbai and much more cities.

4G is a way of connecting the entire country without much lesser resources than what is needed for optical fibre networks and the equipment required is comparatively very cheap. Not sure what is the current strategy about 4G in India, but options could be: a) Not to sell the spectrum to private companies and build the 4G infro by mtnl and bsnl. b) Sell usage of 4g based on yearly revenue model to private telecoms. c) Connect all Government offices/hosp/schools/etc with free 4G.

Reliance has a huge fiber backbone built across the country. The problem they face is the management of this huge network, which has "I think" risen due to non usage of the networks real capabilities. One would think why its not being used? The answer is called "last mile" which is the distance between the junction of the fibre to the end user. If an effort is made to use the local telephone office with the fibre this problem can be eliminated. Income from tele offices can increase also!

Use the national Rail and Power network to take the fiber optics throughtout the country. Giving permission to lay fiber along railway line will bring in more revenue to railways and boost connectivity along the railtracks. Also Fiber can be carried on top on electric poles. This will save digging cost and will not damage the Roads. Also we can have undersea cable connecting our coastal cities and important town. This will provide a more robust network.
