Providing citizens with easy access to a shareable private space on a public cloud can greatly facilitate process reengineering through paperless processes. Citizens can digitally store their documents, certificates, etc. and share them with public agencies or others without the need to physically submit them. Such a ‘digital locker’ will greatly improve citizen convenience and usher in paperless transactions across the entire ecosystem of public services. The access to the private space could be through an online authentication mechanism.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on how to achieve the objective mentioned above. The suggestions may include technical architecture and platform, software to be used, policy guidelines, process improvements, cost effectiveness, operational efficiency, viability analysis, implementation procedures, etc. Suggestions are also welcome on a name for this private space on a public cloud and how the citizen could use the same. You can upload your ideas in doc or pdf format.

Mobile No, Aadar Card Unique No and Universally Accessible Digital Resources can be linked with unique ID No. ERP SAP R/3 HR module can be used for individual ID with password protection. The individual data base with documentation attached can be created and provided for universal access display mode authorization.Software like ERP SAP R/3 HR module can be upgraded and modified according to the usage with cost effective,paperless transactions across the entire ecosystem of public services

Cloud is always challenging as I am working on same platform since years it started. However, public cloud along with private space can be monitored for noble cause and should be addressed and controlled by government with stringent policies making public rely on cloud as well as policies.

Sir instead of storage on public cloud store in private cloud. Store in public cloud require great level of security. Who is responcible for leak of such important things. Getting private cloud mean individual is responcible for any wrong doing and can gv access to authority who need doccluments. This lead to authorization and hv two way communication actively.

This is DREAM Please Check it out & make comment. like or dislike to improve the IDEA. I am unable to upload .ppt file weather microsoft says .ppt = .pptx...so sorry. I converted 14 slides to .PNG format...I make E-Mail also .pps file format to admin....I request to grant the permission .pps (Power Point Show) file format to upload.

Part 2: Each user can have the choices of visibility of their uploaded documents such as visible to everyone, make visible on request or share the documents. The new generation can have their documents( mark sheets, certificates etc. ) already uploaded in their account before they get the hard copy of it. There must be a rule or law of self attestation. That means in case of any guilty observed then the uploader of the document will be a whole sole responsible person for that.

Part1: There are number of websites that provide the online storage or cloud storage for their users. Similar can be developed for this purpose. And we can make several changes. Such that if we consider the Adhar card, then the Adhar card number can be a log in id with authorized mobile number for verification. This will help to maintain the database of all the Indian citizens. And the organizations or institutes can have their special authenticated log in. ...continued

For creating digital record we may ask the originator like school for educational certificate etc. thereafter it may be linked to the digital “ID“ of the individual. Once such repository is created and linked to unique digital “IDs” then the access to view may be provided to the individual. Here we may also provide individual a forum to lodge complaints for any discrepancy. Such records then may be shared by the individual with concerned public agencies and others.

Hire a sever farm based in India . Provide every citizen a space linked to his aadhar card . Use Public key encryption techniques to allow banks and other governmental agencies to authenticate a person . Create an API which provides various levels of authentication like simple identification (eg mobile,email,etc) , biometric (iris , fingerprint,etc) and other more complex identification techniques , depending on the requirement of the developer . Do not disclose the details just authenticate
