Down Syndrome Federation of India, a Chennai based charity working on Down Syndrome - a genetic condition, is a great example of how charities working for differently capable individuals across India. Due to the mental and physical limitations that a Down Syndrome patient can have, they are training such patients for basic skills like weaving, baking, music, painting, dancing, etc. This results into self-employment for the patients and also generates sustainable revenue stream for the charity.

mental stability is lacking in young generation, and its very important to be mentally and physically fit to develop any skill. So my request to start "YOGA" classes as mandatory on all schools, colleges and universities irrespective of courses and also better to start to all central and state govt. employees before they start the day. Its seed for skill development process.
