Development Of Under Used Skills In Women 1. Some urban women want to live in rural area. 2. Want to buy lands. 3. Want to build farm houses. 4. Want to develop their farms. 5. Want to take up home products making. There are no schemes to facilitate this migration of liberated women from urban areas to rural areas. Why? These are the skills under-utilized and need of re-discovering for development.

Education is important but there are so many other activities in which INDIA is lacking like sports total 6 Olympic medal in 2012 its a shame.1.23billion people and only 6medals.So i suggest apart from studies every school in INDIA should make compulsion of at-least 1 extra activity, it can be anything sports, music etc but student should take part in other activities too.In Japan,Usa they have subject named music in which all students learn how to play diff instruments. Can't we do this?

I heard that during initial days of Silicon Valley, when HP, IBM such companies are starting up, there was electronics group together happening regularly. In that like minded people were discussing current and future technologies. So many good companies were formed because of this and helped Silicon Valley to be worlds biggest electronics hub. If such infrastructure is provided in each city of India, India can be knowledge hub of the world.

As a mining engineer, I have worked for 18 years in Indian mining and for last 6.5 years have been working in Australian mining sector. The major difference that I have seen is the "hands-on" work experience, for example after graduating I started as shift in-charge & managing men in India while here a graduate starts with truck or other equipment driving in mine. Indian academics is one of the best but practical work needs to be strengthened. Community service right from schools is important.

last Thursday we taught Group discussion for taking job in reputed industries by professors. What i think please make a website where online videos of skill development are available. skills are very important but in india education system is very low standard just test grasping capability of students. its better to teach all students in proper way and that will useful for them. Research on education system is needed and we must learn from our history of education.

Anita Satyajit’s Story My life as a H4 wife When I first moved to the US in 2002, I was a newly-wed full of ideas and hopes. But professionally, I had also been a journalist for over 3 years with a journalism degree and nearly 100 clips to moot. But my hopes of working in the US were soon dashed. People would respond with enthusiasm to my job application, discover I was there on a dependent visa and reply in the negative.
