Best practices that are seen as innovative and useful can be implemented by the Government in the interest of the youth. One of the major reasons that despite having such talented people, we lag behind the west is that we actually do not let people use their talents in fields where they would do best. Our rigid education system is mathematics based and lays too much importance on hard sciences. Soft sciences like arts, humanities, civics, etc. are utterly ignored. As we have created IITs, IIMs and AIIMS for hard sciences, I suggest we also set up some premium art/humanities institutions in lines of these gr8 inst.

International Rural Health Association, Gujarat has been establishing to workers may get rural atmosphere which may help them to work in rural and urban areas. So the association is promoting paramedical sciences and health education in the State and Country also creating a bend of well trained Para Medical personals. With the motto of skill development, International Rural Health Association took an initiative to start Para Medical institutes all over Gujarat for providing Para Medical training

The German concept: After students complete their mandatory years of schooling, usually around age 18, they apply to a private company for a 2 or 3 yr training contract. If accepted, the govt. supplements the trainee’s on-the-job learning with more broad-based education in his or her field of choice at a publicly funded vocational school. Usually, trainees spend 3-4 days at work & 1-2 in the class. In India ITIs & engg colleges need to take accountability of getting their student a job

In present Scenario We Have A Primary School At atleast a level of Gram Panchayat . If We Trained The Teacher's Of Primary School in Many Type's Of General Skills Then We Don't Want Any Type Of Extra Development Center Or Instructor Or Any Extra Policy.....
