There is good concept namely TOD PHOD JOD. In this concept we can build skill development activity in every school. What we need to do is just install a small workshop at every school. Where kids will learn how all the day to day electronics items like TV, Mobile work. It will not only make themselves independent but also encourage the DO IT YOURSELF habit. Target students can be Class 5 to 8 kids. Summarised one pager of the concept is hereby attached. Detailed report can be produce on demand.

I have worked in Indian Army as Commissioned Officer and the biggest bank of our Country in Security Department for 29th years. I will be interested to train skill development programme on physical security. as per existing norms. I took the help of a civil society 'The Young Explorers' Institute for Social Service, Kolkata . At present we are searching for a space to conduct training. The existing school premises may be suitable for this purpose.
