Design Suggestion : Questions/Suggestions/Solutions can be posted via PM/respective authorities and others can Agree/Dis-Agree to that. In some cases, we can give control to user so as to put up there comments. Second section can be : Where users can post there questions/suggestions/complaints and there should be a moderator so as to remove duplicate questions and start discussion on the same. Design : App must be standalone (like wattsapp),can be on Ajax & should be integrated with Website.
