Through public - private partnership, industrial waste treatment plants can be set up so that industrial waste isn't directly dumped into the river. As the government also funds part of the project, the industries wouldn't face the entire burden of construction and would be encouraged and motivated to do so. If the industries still do not comply with the rules, then they must be fined a some percentage of the income they get from the products they produced, which forced them to dump waste in it

21. Wherever floride, arsenic, chromium, heavy metals, pesticides , fertilizers have contaminated the groundwater install and provide RO drinking water systems . Ban groundwater drinking in these regions – we need to save our children from mental disorders in these zones and keep our generations intelligent

20.Achieve state of zero water discharge from all housing societies and apartments . Promote water reuse and recycle immediately at site of use. Make sewage treatment plant in each society and apartment mandatory

19. Over years of 100% recycle and reuse technology implementation achieve a state of zero water drawing from Ganga and all rivers in India. That this the stage of self sufficiency in water. Use excess river water for electricity generation and irrigation purposes only.

Output quality of these sewage treatment plants to be linked together into a computer network to create an IT infrastructure along the Indian rivers 7. 100 % power backup at all sewage treatment plants to ensure 100% quality control
