1) Industries should not be allowed to discharge effluent into river. They should be zero discharge. It is impossible to monitor all chemicals online 2) Sewage water should be treated before discharge. Online monitoring system should be installed and online data should be displayed 3) Online monitoring at various places of the river can be done 4) Use of plastic and flowers can be banned 5) Rivers can be utilised for transport. 6) Polluters to be heavily punshied. 7) Effective enforcement

1.Relocate all the industries beyond atleast one KM from the river sides. 2.Make it compulsory 4 each industry to plant specific no of different type of trees every year in available nearby areas. And it must be monitored regularly on ground and a centralized record should be maintained online.

1.Force every Industries either small or large, Govt. or Pvt. to Install their own Treatment plants in their premises. 2. This Treatment plants should be monitored regularly by the industry and local administration of city. 3. Divide the state/districts into zones and in each zone there must be Govt. operated Treatment plants. 4. All the waste ( treated primarily in industries TPs) should again be treated in zonal Treatment plants. 5. All this must be under 1 central surveillance system.

Industries Polluting Rivers should be made to mandatory install Water Treatment Plants.Such industries should be taxed and the revenue earned be spend on the development river banks and maintenance there of and the cleanness of the river..City's Drainage system is one of the most serious cause of river pollutions that need to be answered

1)form a high power teams for inspection of industries along ganga banks.Defaulters are to be imprisoned instantly,court proceedings to be completed on fast track. 2)Impose very high penalty on polluters.Repeated offenders are to be given maximum punishment under IPC3) Create awareness through visual media presentations in industries4)Make it mandatory to clean ganga once/twice in a month for all the industries on the river banks5)tax incentives to less polluting industries6)Mandatory CSR

There is no dearth of laws ,regulations prohibiting pollution but it is corruption ,connivance of govt officials which allow this to continue 1.Thousand of crores have been spent but there is no accountability of those govt officials who have executed these works and who are responsible for running of these STPs 2.Accountability of Officers responsible for checking polluting units ,any one uploading video showing violation of law ,govt officers responsible should be given exemplary punishment

1. Treat Sewage water and use it for irrigation / soil injection instead of disposing it in river. 2. SMU's and Industries to install treatment plant with water quality quality parameters. Non compliance leading to closure. 3. Domestic waste treatment plants have to be installed by municipalities. 4.Make a study with municipalities in Middle east - Dubai as to how they are undertaking waste and sewage management and controls.

Har Har Har Har Har Har Har Factory from surrounding Ganga will drain out only filtered biological treated water from their factory premises. This should be centralised monitored through general public on CPCC Website through webcam & for this site surfing no fees levied by any ISP of India from the website surfer. Every visitor will able to give remark on that live video with their name and verified mobile or landline no.For crab Non working CCTV attract heavy penalty on factory owner.

बनाए गए किसी भी कानून का उल्लंघन करते हुए पाए जाने पर लाइसेन्स रद्द हो और भारी जुर्माना भी लगे। गंगा में प्रदूषण करने वाले साधारण जनता के लोग कम हैं और उद्योग अधिक करते हैं । अतः उन पर कड़ी नज़र रखी जानी चाहिए । नज़र रखने के लिए लाइसेंसों की पुनः जाँच, उनके आयकर रिटर्न या कितना पीपीएफ़ भरते हैं उससे जाँच ( इनसे कंपनी की गतिविधि का पता चलेगा इससे उनके उत्पादन की और प्रदूषण फैलाने की असलियत भी पता चलेगी ) ।

गंगा किनारे होने वाले अंतिम संस्कार और ऐसी पूजा जिसमें फूल वगैरह चढ़ाए जाते हों, पर प्रतिबंध होना चाहिए ताकि अधजली लाशें गंगा में न बहें और फल-फूल से भी पानी न सड़े। मई से अक्तूबर तक गंगा में खूब जल होता है अतः छोटे छोटे बैराज पूरे 1500 कि. मी. में बनाना चाहिए ताकि गंगा माँ सदा सलिला रहें और उसमें जहाज भी चल सकें ।
