Sabse phele hame ye dekhna hoga ki kis tarhe ka pardushan hai. Aur use pani ke allawa kahi aur dump karne mai koi nuksan na ho, aur agar koi aur tarika mhenga ho tu uska kharch compny pe daal kar unhe tax mai rahat deni chahiye us se un par bhi boj nahi parega aur sarkar par bhi nahi. Aur hamara kam bhi ho jayega

Properly centralize factories to reduce wastes emissions from a single area.Replace cooker with large thermal power plants in the countryside with effective dust-removing equipment to eliminate smoke from burning coal.Improve burning design of engine and raise burning quality & capacity of gasoline for full burning.Transform burning coals to liquid gas.Develop zero-polluted and less-polluted new craft, equipment, material and product line through technology improvement.

giving incentives to industry who is treating there own waste and not putting anything in ganga . 2) this will help many more industry to start making plans within there own premises . 3) major chemical waste industry to be shifted .small scale industry to be given incentive to clean there source . if government spend they spend 10 only 1 is used on ground . if government spend on incentives i think it will be still better on ground .out of 10 rs i think 4 rs work will be seen on ground .

Firstly, Industry and sewage water that are drained in rivers should be collected in empty area like canal, lake, etc. through pipes. After that two or three water treatment plant put together to treat the water and put it back to the river. Treatment plants are fully controlled by the government and the maintainance cost can be recovered 2% - 5% of water bill for household and 10% - 12% for factories or Industry.

1. Heavy fine should be imposed on industries which discharge their wastes and producing high pollution 2. There should be regular checking of industries to check whether they are following rules or not 3. Waste from industries should be treated before discharging 4. Harmful chemicals like arsenic, lead etc. shouldn't be discharged by industries 5. Sewage treatment plants should be built 6. Heavy fine should be imposed on industries which aren't following rules for them

There should be limits on the TDS, TSS and pH values of the water discharged to the river and should be strictly monitored. Industries should be encouraged to move towards zero discharge by providing subsidies in setting up effluent treatment plants which would benefit both the industry as well as the government.

Another best step is to analyse the ground water if any industry is using illicit ways to discharge effluent through borewell in their factory compound. The ground water should be analysed strictly near every factory and near every industrial area. Its initial cost is high but the benefit is very high.

There should be strict Zero Liquid Discharge near 30 Km area from the banks of river Ganga for any industries located there. If the industries are small and medium and cannot afford treatment then Government should provide a CETP(Common Effluent Treatment Plant) to them and the effluent norms should be strictly followed.
