“Citizens of Jhansi are invited to participate in a painting competition for Smart city Jhansi under the theme of ““Aaiye Hum Sab MilkarVeeranganaLaxmiBaikiNagri Jhansi ko Smart City Banaye”

This competition is being organized as a part of the citizen engagement process which aims at understanding the dreams and aspirations of the citizens of Jhansi. Hence, we encourage our citizens to participate in this process by making a painting that depicts smart solutions for Jhansi / the Jhansi of your dreams.

Format for the painting:

1) Paper size – A3 (297 X 420 mm or 11.7 X 16.5 Inch.)
2) Mention your Name, Age, Contact number and the Name of the school / college from where you belong at the bottom of the sheet.

The Competition is open for students only (Up to17 years of age). The winners shall received following awarded:

Junior Section

1st Prize – Rs. 5100 /- Memento and certificate
2nd Prize – Rs.2100 /- Memento and certificate
3rd Prize – Rs.1100 /- Memento and certificate

The Competition is open for All Citizen (17 and above). The winners shall receive following awarded:

Senior Section

1st Prize–Rs. 5100 /- Memento and certificate
2nd Prize–Rs.2100 /- Memento and certificate
3rd Prize– Rs.1100 /- Memento and certificate

All the Participate will receive Participation Certificate.

The entries for this Painting contest shall be considered only till 25th November, 2015 and soft copy shall be submitted online at www.mygov.in.

Terms and Conditions

1. The winner shall be chosen on the basis of Innovative and implementable ideas and creativity.
2. The decision of Jhansi Municipal Corporation for the selection of the winner shall be considered as Final.
3. Poster shall not use any material (Photograph, icon, symbol, image etc.) that is copyright protected
4. All the entries which are submitted online shall be submitted in *.jpeg ,pdf format only.
5. All prizes are non-transferable
6. Guardians of the students can help them in setting up their own MyGov account; the design should be originally coming from the participant.
7. The inputs received from these graffiti/ paintings can be used to develop the city vision, sub goals and the list of citizen driven solutions.
