Respected PM, Residential homes, offices and commercial complexes should be painted with white paint on roof so that 35% saving on energy consumption is observed for air conditioners. Houses without ac plant need not get painting on roof.

Instead of wasting funds on big Hydro, thermal project, the Solar & wind energy project should be promoted. In cost of one Big (Thermal, Dam etc) lakhs of Home Based, thousands Small scale industries on Solar project can be established. The cost of solar products come down. Why we go for China when low cost good quality materials are available in India. Instead of promoting Big industries - govt. should start project with SLE. Soon will sell materials to China & other countries.

I have given a brief idea of ways to conserve energy We loose major electricity in transmission lines due to stealing and misuse. If we can put a break to this we can save enormous amounts of energy. Other simple way to save energy is to use solar power in house for UPS, solar emergency lights. Replacing all street lights with solar lamps will save atleast 5-10% energy through out India.
