Proper resource persons to train skills to the interested parties to be identified & responsibility to be given with target & time bound implementation of the training schedule. Meanwhile job opportunities to be explored with the available resources for immediately absorption of the target group as apprentice, so that they gain enough experience to be of their own within a short period. During apprentice period, they must be supported financially, so that they could assess thei potentiality.

I suggest we develop skills of formal early childhood development in young girls and women. As professioanly managed early childhood care is gaining acceptance in urban areas , this would help them gain a good employment . They can be also employed as trusted nanny and some of the enterprising women then can start their own home based childcare too. Given we would like our educated young mothers to go back to work after childbirth, these formally trained women will be boon. This
