The topic of the essay writing contest is 'Mere Sapno ka Shahar'.
Your essay must have the following templates:
1. What according to you are the major issues in Ahmedabad?
2. What is your smart solution/idea to deal with the above issues?
3. How will you go ahead and implement your idea?
Conditions
Word Limit: 1,000 words
Language: Gujrati / Hindi / English
The TOP 3 Essays will be awarded:
a) 1st Prize – Cash Incentive of INR 25,000
b) 2nd Prize – Cash Incentive of INR 20,000
c) 3rd Prize – Cash Incentive of INR 15,000

Ahmedabad is full of issues as every mega-city has. The major issues are unplanned development, lack of proper public transport,lack of infrastructure like good roads, bridges and over bridges. Well, in today's time, life without problems seem like a dream and its the same situation that our dear city is suffering. Lack of civic sense, rampart corruption is a burning issue. There is an endless list even if Goddess Saraswati tries to write herself

In respect to smart city, people safety and security specially to woman should be given high priority.CCTV camara should be fixed at all the points from entrance of city to exit of city, which should be constantly monitored. smart city should be trade,sercives and business oriented, NO industries which make pollution, should be sanctioned within the limit of 25 kms of the city. The city should be completely with trees and plants,it should be pollution free, The people should feel like heaven
