For this eskill development we make a facebook like portal which eaisly acess every where in india. it means our nation have various talent but we have no any particular system by which we search. so social network is best for this work. Here all people put our skill for each field. Here no boundation of rule and no limit. so it is best way for skill development. And on this social network we can make all communication facility from which we do work eaisly.

To reach at grass root level for e-skill, it is very much necessary to develop / customize content in the regional languages. In India there is lot of untapped potential and they can be asset to the nation if barer of language is broken. I volunteer my self to develop / customize/ translate / dubbing /Voice over in Gujarati language. ઈ કૌશલ્ય પાયાના સ્તરે પહોચે તે માટે સામગ્રીને પ્રાદેશિક ભાષાઓમાં રજૂ કરવી જરૂરી છે. હું ગુજરાતી ભાષામાં ભાષાંતર/ વોઇસ ઓવરની સેવા આપવાની ઈચ્છા પ્રદર્શિત કરું છુ.

SIr, I can plan new strategies for this task, but my limitation is i need a team for this. Online portal is a batter option , no doubt, but we have implement this for rural as well as urban areas. this consist a lot of planning and execution team.
