Hi, I am in IT Skill development education for the last 15 years and have Trained and Placed more than 1.2 Lakh students. We launched many Training programs in IT, Electronics and telecom Sector for the first time in India. In my 15 years of service to the industry I discovered the gap between Academia to industry . University does not understand the need of industry and industry never speak out their requirement which make student suffer. I have strategy to bridge this gap.
