The Department of Electronics & Information Technology (DeitY) is proposing a national programme to transform India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. The vision of Digital India is centred on three key areas, namely by providing digital infrastructure as a utility to every citizen, providing governance & services on demand and digital empowerment of citizens. This task seeks inputs to design a Logo for Digital India initiative. The last date of submission is 1st September 2014. The winning entry will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 50,000.

The DIGITAL INDIA logo represents the integration of analog and digital technology representing an India Information Technologies. here in this logo first part represents the wave type(analog & Digital ) and second part in represent the name shortcut DIGITAL INDIA(DI) all over the logo represents that there are different technologies we has established in INDIA.
