Cleanliness drive in own area is a common practice in many countries in world. Countries like Nigeria, DRC, Rwanda, etc... have specific weekend in a month as a cleanliness day. On that for particular hours in morning, no one allow to drive the vehicles on road and everyone must clean the entrance passage of their house/apartment/street with water. Thats's how everyone understand the importance of the cleanliness and keep their area clean. We should think of implementing such policy in INDIA.

cleanliness is possible by strict rules, ban small pouch and plastic covers in the cities. if you observe on the roads most of them are small pouches like pan, mouth freshners, choclate wrapers etc lie on the roads. its cleaning is very difficult because they will go into drains etc where we can not clean or find and some times this will be the cause for blocking of drains etc and this lead various other problems which we all know. so there are so many steps to take which clean India
