Motivation is first (e.g. we love to serve as a clerk than to farm working. but, it can be a prestigious one. Then learned people of India will be engaged here more & more and so new ideas) Field-level survey is must with impertiality. Create level playing field and proper market facility. Open new door to them Give employment exchange a new role.we can use its vast data bank. Process of digitization can create a huge job opportunity. Encourage our craft/handicraft with technological support.

a govt. drive should be held regularly headed by a commitee of Indian-based entrepreneurs that succeeded in transforming the field in which they ventured into. Such drive should be held for judging startups, and investing in them, so govt. plays its role as an investor here and based on the experiences of their own startups, the commitee suggests to the govt. startups that are worth investing in. These startups in future would lead to wealth for govt. and employment generation in services sector

Automobile manufacturers b asked to develop completely built mobile toilet cleaning units mounted on e-rickshaw, 3 or 4 wheeler vehicles and such vehicles be exempted from all type of taxes & duties to make them commercially viable. Financial benefits b declared to self employed person providing public toilet cleaning services with such mobile units.

Short term: Create a "National Entrepreneur Support System" for agriculture, industries/manufacturing and services. The support group should evaluate projects and should be enabler for " Financing " the projects and "Single window Govt. Regulatory Clearances" Mid -to- long term : Create Research and development facilities for the 3 sectors , innovations will bring in efficiency and higher productivity" Above will increase economic activity and capital formation at mass scale in long term.

Platform and ecosystem for mapping and inventorying community hours in the form of hours,material and places.Once such resources are generated invite entrepreneurs,mentors,companies and government in what way community resources could be utilized. Link funding to village in proportion of dedicated community resources generated.Higher the participation, higher the fund release or matching of fund as per community resources.Give such community digitalGram Ratna for contributing in India progress.

government have the date about particular labour and skill person. All company and government firm like PF,esi and a new labour department have interconnected centralised data platform which have all labour skill person data.

firstly stop money making institutes those are creating dump people in the industry government should create a institutes for every sectors which hv degree level and create entrepreneurs instead of dumb students who only think about doing jobs instead of creating jobs. manufacturing sec. government should a register every labour and skilled person and have clear data about their company and job so if any company don't pay him esi pf and other they can easily check with those gov department.

Many unemployed graduates are in our country. For them, government can give training programs and seminars to start their own business. So, they can give job to some persons. It Will Boost job creation in our country.

Kindly allow an integrated scheme for NSSO (Ministry of Statistics) + DeitY (Ministry of Com.& IT) for DATA Collection as on date for best of my knowledge govt. lacking accuracy in database management. I personally request you kindly allow professionals (CS/CWA/CA/Engineers/Doc./Advocates)having 0-4 yrs. experience to engage on this programme as manpower for fixed tenure 3 yrs. First let us allow to analyze govt. mechanism than allow us to made fresh database as per prevailing technology & Laws.
