The government (district wise) have to organize "Job Melas" for the unemployed citizens according to their knowledge and skills. Both online and offline Jobs would be much appreciated because most of the educated female candidates(house wives) will be make useful of it.

Professional trained drivers are extremely important for all three sectors. Current licencing and training procedures are very tedious and one aspect is that RTOs should be open on Sundays to make it easier for professional drivers to get training as well as licencing and other tasks associated with certification and competencies for making India a country of better drivers especially in the professional categories.

Since the world is moving more towards a knowledge economy, creation of employment in service sectors will be rather realistic and easy to achieve. It is not that difficult to make India a destination of the world for entrusting service outsourcing. The enabling ecosystem for this to happen is abundance of youths having excellent soft skills. For creating this ecosystem, we have to ensure embedding of soft-skill training in our curriculum for secondary, higher secondary and tertiary education.

Do we not have Indian companies like ITC, Tata Motors, Micromax? Give them an upper edge over giant foreign counterparts. Reduce the burden of taxes from the Indian companies. Do the opposite to the foreign multinationals. These foreign companies were good to provide employment in our country. But India has now rechead a stage that Indian companies can do the work. The foreigners are now destroying our nation and shattering the ancient culture. The citizens should also prefer Indian products.

We need jobs. We need productivity. Just marry them. What if Government organisations worked 7 days a week or 14 hours a day in two shifts. More people get job.. All files & decisions move at double the speed.. What if emerging industries participate..GDP multiplies.. This is mega model of proven model of South Korea..
