Tamil Nadu To prevent dropout of girl students less than 16 years of age government provides a fixed deposit certificate of Rs 3000 Around 50,00,000 students studying in government schools are benefited from the noon meal scheme of the government. Free bicycle distribution for students in schools. 1. MUKHYAMANTRI LADLI LAXMI YOJNA (MLLY)- To promote girl child, safe motherhood and girls education in the state, MLLY was started by the them Chief Minister Shri Arjun Munda. Salient feature of MLLY : Under MLLY scheme Jharkhand Govt. will deposit Rs. 6000/- every year upto five years age of the girl.
