Some States, including my Tamilnadu, disburse free bicycles to girls at higher secondary school level. Locomotion to a distance school after primary level is a huge deterrent. Either the parents will not have strength to carry their grown up girl or the grown up girl might not like it that way. Empowering with cycle like contrivance thus becomes an absolute necessity. Issuing free Sanitary Napkins and ensuring availability of decent toilet at school are all required and the Govt must invest!

3.to construct awareness program among the parents of the remote areas. 4.Dropout rate can reduced if we examine each student carefully. In many cases a girl student leave the school for financial problems or she have to support the family. In such a case the administration should provide an alternative path so that she complete the education. 5. Each female teacher should given responsibility for at least 5 girls so that all of them can discuss any matter without any hesitation.
