I have visited ITI nand nagri , DElhi -93. I was shocked to see the opinion of most students that they didn't get any admission in any college that's why they take admission in ITI . Also there are lack of study environment . Most of the premises is full of monkeys . Students as well as teachers are missing from classrooms . their should be any criteria for teachers to take minimum hours of study in a month and also ensure student get something everyday

Education system में reservation,caste based नही बल्कि talent based होना चाहिए.

Actually we need to improve over skills,but our education system is based on theoretical not practically,that is the reason,INDIA has only 30 to 40% people are skilled (mainly IT sector)these 30 to 40% people are also educated but not skilled,that is the reason they are jobless.

I am Principal in a Private ITI.Students coming from 10th standard are weak in English and Mathematics.We are in Semester pattern,so syllabus will be heavy for them to learn and heavy for us to teach them.Therefor in examination we have to compromise.At last half knowledge trainees will come outside. Who will give them jobs?,& What will be the our nations future?.

DGET appointed QCI (Quality Control India ) as the inspection authority to inspect the Govt. and Pvt.ITIs infrastructure which is a good step towards the technical labour side.Becuse the infrastructure plays an important role in ITI study. But, because of low salary in private ITIs,better teacher are not available.So, we have to fix a norm towards the staff salary.We must give Govt. aid to better ITIs and we may make joint venture with reputed concerns to run ITITs or to start ITIs.

Lets discuss what practically should be done to streamline the courses offered at the ITI and polytechnic that could ready to be used by the industry.....

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT IS BELOW 1. IF RELATE TRADE HAVE NO INSTRUCTOR SO WHY GIVING ADDMISION IN THIS TRADE HOW CAN GET SKILL WITHOUT FACULTY. 2. ALLMOST ALL TRADE HAVE SINGLE INSTRUCTOR FOR EACH TRADE I THINK WE CAN MAKE BETTER AND EASY WITH THE HELP OF APPOINT 2 INSTRUCTOR FOR SINGLE TRADE ONE FOR THEORY & ONE FOR PRACTICAL BENEFIT IS WE CAN SET TWO GROUP /DOUBLE STRIGHNT & PASS-OUT NO.S INCREASE. LIKE THATS TYPE WE CAN GIVE BEST SKILL FOR OUR YOUTH GENERATION . THANK YOU .
