sir delhi can be best city for solid waste management as well as waste water treatment. most of the waste water is drained in yamuna without treatment. I have studied the amount and with the help of small hydro turbines in sewage treatment plant water can be treated as well as electricity can be generated from waste water.

Mysore - This is Tier-2 city. I think it is one of the most suitable city for this project. It is not very populous and people will be cooperative to any new cleanliness initiative. Bhopal - City with many young and energetic people. Bangalore - It will be very challenging to implement cleanliness drive here due to pathetic infrastructure. However, this city will pretty much test anyone's innovation and creativity. If the drive succeeds here, it can succeed anywhere.

Select Chennai and Thoothukudi from Tamilnadu. 1. Make Com units including hospitals and hotels to create an exclusive system by themselves to hand over their waste directly to solid waste management units. instal more dust bin for non-bio degradable waste only. Make compulsory to hand over bio degradable waste to the collection agents only and ban public littering. Bring the latest technology in solid waste management. Involve school children and NGOs for awareness campaign.
