Cities and Towns should be selected on the following criteria. Minimum one city from each state should be selected. The rest of the cities should be distributed based on population. Minimum 3 towns from each state and the rest based on population. Selecting cities and towns for each state should be based on a ranking system that takes existing waste management situation and infrastructure in to consideration. Select towns and cities that are practically possible with money at hand.

We should make Delhi and NCR region as road model for cleanness.. in Delhi, MCD IS hold by BJP and by forcing MCD to clean all roads and garbage tank daily will help.. We have to teach everyone but if we set examples then it will be more visible and motivation for others.

The river water of 'Pavana' is polluted due to domestic waste water, and industrial waste.I seek support to start corporate social resposniblity project for the companies based in Pimpari. If 10 companies can divert their funds to CSR activity of Nalla cleaning with using green technology . we shall able to send clean water to river. This will help to the villages in the downstream.s

When you allow cities and towns to grow beyond the limits you need to create such big facilities to handle the solid waste etc., which is a growing concern for environment and ecology. Instead we should concentrate on small satellite towns which are self reliant on handling their needs of water, waste management within their localities. We should not allow them to grow beyond a limit. If this is adhered to, then the development will be rightly distributed without much strain on natural resources

Cities can be any - approach needs to change, keep separate companies for WET and DRY waste, keep separate vehicles, we work with Waste Pickers, we create entrepreneurs / we generate employment and we reduce waste going to landfill. We can help create eco system for DRY WASTE MANAGEMENT.

Chamba is a town and nagar panchayat in Tehri Garhwal district in the state of Uttarakhand, India. It is situated at a junction of roads connecting Mussoorie and Rishikesh with the Tehri Dam reservoir and New Tehri. Its nearby tourist places are Dhanaulti, Surkanda Devi Temple, Ranichauri, New Tehri, and Kanatal, halfway between Chamba and Dhanaulti. About 50 km from Mussoorie, the small hill town of Chamba, Uttaranchal, is another of those destinations yet unknown to most tourists.
