This task seeks the views of the participant on basic yet crucial aspects related to skill development. The relevant information and insights received from this task can be sent to the concerned industries, help in ITI and other relevant curricula and can be utilized in various reports being prepared by the concerned departments.
7- Give responsibility to each Gram Panchayat or Zila Panchayat to maintain the improvement and data for these activity. 8- Reward areas which are working according to requirements of country. 9- Publish regular newsletters for each activity. 10 - Most importantly - share their contribution to development of India e.g. More production as per need, TAX etc. and inform them about their service to the country.
3- Explain from basic to advance level information related to existing employment generation unit. 4- Integrate technology with Existing employment generation unit. 5- Provide information and support to setup and run other related units and activities. 5- Measure performance between areas and motivate them to compete between themselves. 6- Share requirements of Country (e.g. production of electronic items etc) to the people and motivate them to start working the possibilities for such areas.
1- Collect data of already available skills for each area at Village, Block level then suggest and implement any Employment related ACTIVITY on the basis of available skills to assure survival of people of that area. For example - Small Dairies and milk production units for villages. 2- Provide available resources and improvement on existing employment generation activity. 3- Explain from basic to advance
5. Additionally, the mainstream education system to be revamped with focus on creating employable work force. 6. Curricula to cater to industry needs. 7. Granting autonomy in academic issues to the universities. 8. Encouraging and incentivising research and development in order to create a knowledge society.

1. Categorise various sectors of industry in terms of skill requirements. 2. Set up skill development centres for the identified skills. 3. Form a co-ordinating body of all the skill development centres catering to a particular skill. Industry leaders relating to that skill to be a part of the body. 4. This body to be given autonomy in deciding all the academic issues like course design, examination pattern etc.
1. Make the graduation syllabus industry oriented, practical based. 2. Start engaging students with respective industries in pre-final year.3. For every semester of graduation there should be compulsory subjects like Soft skills development, financial literacy. 4. In every year there should be a project or a survey 5. State Government should sponsor some of the selected final year projects and should encourage students to prepare business model for the same. 6. Make teaching job lucrative
Before thinking of skill development, we must find out the talent hidden in people of India. In other words we must encourage talented people, so that we can induce skill in them by means of knowledge & training.
To find out talented people in abundance:
1) We should provide fare opportunity to every Indian whether he/she is poor or rich or from any religion or caste.
2) Opportunity should be started from early stage of education.

1.The availability of good ITI in India is less and the available Govt. ITIs are not worthwhile.Since the workers are thw backbone of a developing country, we have to give govt. aid to some private ITIs which are best in nationalwise and statewise.
2.we have to force private and public sector companies to appoint Certified Energy Manager (given by Bureau of Energy Efficiency)whose whole work is to maintain efficient energy usage in terms of man,machine and material.
