We need to establish Information Center for Govt. Schemes (State & Central), Jobs and Markets in India at villages This center establish for what are govt. schemes are available at present?, what type of industries plans are available?, where all types of jobs(HR)?, what types of marketing available in India for our products?. Those are all plans established by the govt. of India and state govt.

1. In our education system skill development to be introduced as one of the subject from school level.2. Part time job for students to be promoted 3.more awards/incentives to students/others for innovative ideas 4. More research centres to be formulated 5. Technical guidance team online 6. Graduates doing agriculture should get spcial privilege. 7. Special organisation for development of automation 8. Promotion of small scale industries for youths. 9. Financial assistance to youth those starts

1. Compulsory Last Semester Training in an Industry with Project Work for all Technical Courses viz B. Tech , ITI , Diploma but it is very much essential for ITI & Diploma Guys especially. 2. Regular Classes by concerned Industry expert in the concerned field, 3, Modification/Changes in Course Curriculum according to Industry Requirement/demand. 4. Proper on the Job training to illiterate workers with vast working Experience

We have to create certified mentor’s in different industry and streams across the verticals who can mentor young students/professionals. This will bring the focus on each individual as mentor will first study the mentee then will guide.

Each Business/ Management Institution should adopt one district with prior information to their governing body for: 1) Study of Social Economic Balance of that district. 2) Gap Analyses between resources, potential and actual output status. 3) Next three year Projection on the bases of current status. 4) Highlight the skill set and other resources required to bring that district at the actual potential level. 5) Nationally we should have single platform to start discussion on these studies

Every Company/Industry should publish the key skill set required for joining their company in different functions, levels and locations and should periodically update the same. This will help young professionals to prepare themselves within their study tenure. Due to this young professionals will not waste time in struggling. Industry will not have any shortage of skilled staff. Nationally we can publish Industry wise skill sets requirement and can also forecast the quantity in each segment

1. For accounting and auditing profession,CA course should be revised. Articleship should be reduced to 1 year and industrial training of 1 year should be made compulsory. 2. Government should promote certificate courses which increase skills . 3. Different center should be open for development of skills and they must be promoted.

1.every professional degree must include intern ship of 6 months 2. every professional degree must consist of training on softskills and the evaluation of the students meturity 3. colleges, institutes must work with industries and define the scope and expected result from the internship 4. govt or college must fully fund this internship and money should not be collected from the student 5. Industries must entertain & guide internships min of 10% of their total strenght
