IT industry is most emerging and powerful industry. However this days there is large quantity of people joining with low quality. To improve this ,all Btech institutes should conduct mandatory training for IT Students where in they should go to a IT company & work on a project. This must be a mandatory task for final year students . This task will enable all the students to get basic idea of how IT works and what they need to know before joining industry. their brains will be groomed in advance

The teachers are to be motivated by incentives. Eg. The teachers whose students are employed well or successfully become self employed can be paid some special incentive per student. The good feedback of the old students are to be considered as one of the valid factor for the teachers incentive. So the good teacher will get recognition and benefit which will surely motivate the teacher to become very productive..

We have to make our teachers from school level to college to have interaction with the industries, forms, business establishments and other related fields of their subjects compulsorily to understand what is required to train their students. They should take skill development training at least once in a year for a weeks time. Once the teacher gets confidence he will surely produce good students and the rate of employability of the students will increase tremendously.
