Invoke Corporate world to open at least one agricultural and technical skill development institute in India as part of CSR initiative. In order to meet the demand for employment Entrepreneurial coaching centres need to be set up across India wherein people get motivated enough and coached to shape their self employment dreams. Prevailing Job Reservation system needs to be revamped to be based on economic criteria as being poor or poverty has no religion. So economic support reaches the needy.

Govt giving thousands crores of Rs in various schemes but only 10 % money is going to the right people. Then what is the use of these schemes. How can india become strong. Only some people can becoming strong. So there a need of a mechanism that can check the pilferage. It's possible if multiple stage checking system is introduced at different levels. First check the previous transaction properly then go for the second one. Checking mechanism should given to reputed audit agencies like crisil.

Govt should make policy for scholarship on need based instead of caste . Every poor should take benefits of govt scheme instead of rich people. People are getting scholarships by submitting false documents. Government officials and politician are making money from all govt schemes. Make policy to check these irregularities through IT solutions . These all govt schemes like sc/ st scholarship, manrega or many more should check through pvt players like TCS, Infosys or many more .

When i was running a browsing centre then I had used the infrastructure and freely trained around 100 poor students studying in govt schools in our area on practically using computer like word, excell and information search through internet. Latter i closed the setup due to loss making as net started coming in mobiles.BTW,this computer using skill can be developed among poor students using existing computer centres through volunteers during non peak hours.

Make any skill development curriculum with the help and need of a particular industry only. One should take knowledge in his choice of field only and developed by the help of your particular choice based industry. So government should make policy to develop skill development programmes with the help of different industries as per their needs.

Government's funds for skill development are misusing at all levels. Need a full proof mechanism in giving these funds.skill development should be on industry level instead of Institutions. Skill development needs practical knowledge. It can be granted only in field work and should be given by the joint effort of Institutions and industry. Govt should make a curriculum of skill development in shape of internships with industry and instt jointly. Every institute should tie up with industry
