Industry is the ultimate consumer of the energies of the Youth. They must be associated with the setting up of curriculum of training imparted to youth. The curriculum should be revised every 2 years as Technology is changing very fast and so is the requirement in the Industry. The laboratories must have adequate equipment. The training staff must be clear of scientific ideas. Any confusing answer always discourages the already angered and impatient youth. Practical work must be at least 70%.
