For upgrading tech education,my remedy; Draw about 1/3 fulltime faculty from the vast pool of senior executives.Govt servants, corporate executives, say over the age of 55 with 25 yrs of work exp and atleast 7 yrs in the field they wish to teach. For such people the criteria should be only there skill in a subject, and teaching skills. The students will gain from there practical knowhow. They themselves can have a career change, moving to campus life, and vacating jobs for freshers. A win win scene.

CSR for knowledge Inflation- Corporate should increase their CSR participation as per knowledge infusion in society and government should appreciate this and give recognotion. Any CSR benefits to corporate should be linked with actual change brought.Goal and specific measurable impact brought in real term i,e how many students got job or become entrepreneur. It should be output oriented( actual earning capacity on ground with example) and not on input( No. of student enrolled)

Knowledge Inflation- Any increase in teacher salary specially in government primary and secondary schools should include knowledge up-gradation component as per current and future requirement.Teachers,Government and Corporate could participate and prepare teaching community for our young India aspirations.Knowledge inflation component will only be released when they level up certain requirement and that happens every year and not one time.Existing salary should also include knowledge component.

Every year Indai produces 2.5 lakh engineers, but also 1 lakh unemployed engineer. So the big question is that the reason behind that, after a 4 year graduation we can't able to make a "self- depnedent youth". The one and only reason behind it is lots of flexibility in our rule an d regulations for universities. The number of universities are increases as the number of colonies in a city.
