Disposal of muck generated due to construction of dams and roads. 5. Ban disposal of unburnt bodies in Ganga. 6. Proper mining and quarrying. 7. 6) Use social media, popular TV soaps to pass the message to general public on need to clean the ganga

For a massive task like cleaning of Ganges, we have to work at multiple levels. One of the best ways is to have preventive measures. NIH(National Institute of Hydrology) can determine if the wheat crop is matures for harvesting or not via Remote sensing technology. Remote sensing can also be used to survey the areas generating the most pollution. A project team can be formed to work with the local companies to educate and control the carbon/toxin index and bring to down to tolerable levels.

There is a cleaning worker in every village of UP. They must be called once in a week on bank of Ganga for cleaning. Because there cleaning villages, so they can clean Ganga bank in proper way and government have not to pay money for that. And the person who is good in the work must be awarded.

5) Implement a clean cess on all sale/ purchase of land (in addition to registry charges) and use the money to put up modern cleaning plants in all large towns on the river.
