In Uttar pradesh only; about 4 crore(16-20 crore in india) population is from fishing communities;they are mainly depended on fishing/farming in ponds and rivers(like lotus, singhara etc); and they are the one who is directly attached to these rivers;are very poor; so please provide job opportunities(like cleaning of Ganga) to them;and this can be expanded into many areas;like water resource management(critical issue of 21st century); and many related goals can be achieved with this attempt.
