How to weed out corruption using IT and partnership between college students- if it is made compulsory for the college going students to participate in grass root activities under the various development programs, they can make corruption almost impossible. Let's say, if 1 3 to 5% of the workforce is mandated to be made of college students and other youngsters, they can authenticate ground level activity and fair distribution of money by biometric signature. Could report corruption in live !

First, there should be a coordination among all the Ministries/Departments/Offices of Union of India in all the issues. There should be uniformity in the basic functions. To begin with the registering the inward posts have to be computerised in all the Offices. This will enhance transperancy and no complaint/grievance /report will be missed or suppressed. All the inward docks in every UoI Office across India should be entered using the software already developed by the NIC.
