1. Strict standards on fuel mileage for vehicles for Auto companies to reduce emissions 2. Push Hybrids and ethanol based vehicles. This will reduce pollution and improve corn production for ethanol 3. Fill all gardens, trees and other vegetation with wood mulch. This reduces the amount of dust everywhere 4. During construction project, one important point should be disposal of waste. Project sites are filled with mud, garbage currently 5. Water filtration plants should be everywhere

We will need to come up with a sustainable model which encapsulates such best practices - For example, my recommendation for improving public sanitation is to establish "corner shops with clean public toilets" managed privately with joint license to operate mini supermarkets which helps to cover the operational costs and also consider government grants to support such corner shops which needs to be operated in remote areas.
