1. What is the cutoff date for remitting GST?
2. In case of a service provider say Rent, so from current yearly 2 returns, needs to file 37 returns yearly?
3. How about the provisions relating to RCM, whether the existing norms will continue (i.e.) service received from Non-Corporates, GTA, Import of service and all its taxable portion / rates, will continue?
4. On a practical aspect post GST, where we need to approach the officials (i.e.) VAT/ST/Excise office.?
5. GST rate for Gold- 1 to 3%?

My second question is about free goods. If we give a scheme to bulk dealers that 2 pcs are free to the dealer if we he buys a bulk quantity of 50 pcs(that is 50 plus 2 scheme). This is actually a way to offer a discount to bulk buyers for further wholesale.
Do we need to pay gst on these 2 free pcs or when our distributor will sell these 52 pcs he will automatically deposit the full gst on free pcs.

I am 2 questions about Reverse GST and GST on free goods.
1 If we are sending goods to a transport in chandni chowk to book them for jaipur and We use champion and jhallii(labour for unloading), and we pay the freight to the transporter against those goods booked to jaipur . All these service providers like champion , labour and transporter are unregistered service providers.
do i need to show all these 3 entries in my gst return as the reverse gst on service from unregistered dealers.
