BONE MARROW Transplantation presents unique problem in its requirements for HLA matching and for immunosuppression in advance of grafting. In addition to the possibility of rejection of the graft by the recipient, by virtue of immunologically competent cells still present in recipient, bone marrow grafts can react against the transplantation antigens of their hosts. These known as graft-versus-host reactions, they can be fatal.BUT SOLAR RADIATIONS WAVES CHEMISTRY FROM ULTRAVIOLET DECODERS POSSIBLE.

Govt company HIL has got funds from Undp to make bti mosquito larvicide using vcrc Pondicherry tech for export to Africa substituting DDT etc . There are 21 licence of this technology with manufacturing facility . HIL should make purchase contracts with these 21 licence and not set up another factory in Maharastra . Support to entrepreneurs with purchase contracts is the way forward for quality exports and not again psu taking the mantle for job creation away from private companies https://www.livemint.com/science/health/icmr-develops-tech-to-kill-mosquitos-11657558267323.html

Dear MODI Ji! NAMASKAR! As Our Slogan of India Rising towards AATMANIRBHAR BHARAT- SABKA SAATH, SABKA VIKAS SABKA VISWAS and SABKA PRAYAAS. For a turn around -solutions- we must take some instructive steps to make every citizen as a SABKA PRAYAAS participant. To Reduce the Import Bill ( Crude, Gold) to stabilize INR- Instruct / make the usage of Public Transport as a norm( Metro Rail, Bus, Car pooling, corporate and private bus transportation) insist the people to Reduce the Buying of Gold. such change bring more than the imposed extra tax on gold by our Govt. and to promote local tourism-make a (education tour)mandatory norm for all schools during the high school years with in India. that brings a drastic change in promotion of our Tourism and attracts interstate and foreign tourists too. Making the India as a Tourism- and Medical Treatment Hub for South Asian nations. from Government side NADHI ANUSANDHAN- should be on priority on a National agenda Irrigation, and Power Issues.

Heavy vehicles on the fast lane are a menace: Your focus on highway frastructure building is commendable. But on an average 30% of the efficiency in terms of speed and fuel consumption is being affected by heavy vehicles preferring to stay on the fast lane. Cars and other faster vehicles must constantly zig zag to drive through these heavy vehicles on the highways. Please get your data analysis team to assess the impact on the following: 1. Speed compared to similar highways around the world. Some countries with poorer road infra have better speed. 2. Fuel consumption - this is extremely important given the current energy crisis and fuel price. At least 30% improvement could be achieved. Imagine the positive impact it would have on the treasury. 3. Driving risk - most of the heavy vehicle drivers are not even trained. They try to overtake each other as if they are driving smaller cars. Thus, they create roadblocks. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.... JUST MENTION ONCE ON YOUR CALL!
