जो भी कर्मचारी ,अधिकारी सेना से रिटायर (सेवानिवृत) होता तो चाहे वो जल सेना हो,थल सेना हो या वायु सेना हो तो भारत सरकार उसे जिंदगीभर पेंशन भी देती है और जब वो नौकरी करके अपने जिले में वापिस जाता है तो उसे उस जिले में state government के डिपार्टमेंट में सरकारी नौकरी भी। यह तो सरकार की बहुत ही गलत नीति है दिनों तरफ से सेना से रिटायर कर्मचारी को पैसा भी मिलता है पेंशन + स्टेट गवर्नमेंट की जॉब सरकार अपनी यह नीति बदले या तो सरकार सेना से रिटायर कर्मचारी को पेंशन दे या स्टेट गवर्नमेंट के किसी डिपार्टमेंट में जॉब दोनो न दे यह बहुत ही गलत है जहां एक नौजवान को ग्रुप D की नौकरी मिलना भी मुश्किल है वाहा सरकार सेना से रिटायर फौजियों को जिंदगी भर पेंशन और सेना से रिटायर होने के बाद स्टेट गवर्नमेंट की जॉब देती है कितनी गलत और बेरोजगार युवा का शोषण करने वाली नीति है ये सरकार की सरकार अपनी इस नीति को बदले
