My Suggestion and million other ppl Suggestion is our Court procedure are so late that person start fighting case for justice and not getting justice in his life time. But we are not doing anything on this, Ppl can tolerate inflation, High Prices, Crouption, anything but justice thing that people are expecting that his state will provide him and still a common man have faith in our Judiciary that if no one will listen to him his court and Judiciary will hear him, So sir please make our Judiciary procedure faster for everything we have dead line then why not for Cort procedure ,, Before ppl start loosing faith on our court itself, Please do something...

Dear Prime Minister. You are always helping and working for the development of poor and downtrodden people of our country. This is regarding the proposed water Metro project of Ernakulam Kerala state. Panangad is one of remote and beautiful place of Ernakulam which is surrounded by lakes. If the qovt extends the water metro project to panangad which will be very helpful and blessing for the poor and common people who is commuting daily for their livelyhood . Thank you.

Namaste.. with the wonderful success of Digital payments across India, can not the govt do away with the printing of cheques. with easy access to cheques, tendency of people is to give post dated cheques to finance companies for their purchases and this then results in pending cheque bounce case which as I read in papers are at close to 25 Lakhs cases. This is a lot of time going unproductive especially when our judicial system has backlogs. sec 138 then is also misused by few who put genuine stop payment instructions to bank due to non establishment if a liability on account of defective or lack of functionality of product and service sold by insisting in PDC cheque. one suggestion would be to limit the interest rate the court can impose in case the sec138 is genuine to say 3 or 4% max. This way the people who file 138 cases especially in the case of sale of goods, don't look at this as a higher interest paying mechanism and are happy with the delay in the judicial prouncements.
