मै मध्यप्रदेश के शास मॉडल स्कूल देवास में उछ माध्यमिक शिक्षक के पद पर कार्यरत था ।वर्तमान में यह विद्यालय सी एम राइज स्कूल के रुप में चयनित हुआ है । जहा तक राष्ट्र निर्णाण की बात है माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी ने एक बार कहा था की यदि आपने अपने कमरे की काम होने पर लाईट भी बन्द कर दी तो समझो कि राष्ट्र निर्माण में आपने मदद कर दी है ।इसी बात से प्ररित होकर मैने एक बन्द पडे स्कूल को शुरू करने का चलेंज स्वीकार किया था। उस स्कूल के लिये मैने दिन रात मेहनत करके मेधावी मध्यम वर्गीय परिवार के विद्यार्थियो के लिए सारी सुविधाये जुटाने का प्रयास किया था ।जिसमे मै काफी सफल भी रहा । 2016 से 2022 तक मैने इस स्कूल मे समर्पित होकर कार्य किया तथा इस स्कूल को राज्य तथा राष्ट्र स्तर पर पहचान स्थापित करने में अपनी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई । जिसके लिये मुझे 2020 मे राज्य का सर्वोच्च्य पुरस्कार राज्यपाल पुरुस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया है । 25 मई 2022 से इस स्कूल का चयन सी एम राइज स्कूल के लिये हो चुका है । अब मै वहा नही हू वरन एपी सी अकादमिक के पद पर जिले के स्कूलो को सुधार का प्रयास कर रहा हू।ये भी राष्ट्र निर्माण
