The best website in India is https://eportal.incometax.gov.in/iec/foservices/#/login. This website has got 43 crore PAN card linked with mobile number and the Adhar card. IT dept has done it online , hassle free and nobody was required to visit the income tax office. BUT the extremely worst website is "https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/" . This website not allowing citizens to do any online work without linking Adhar and mobile with RC book. But when we try to update the same in vahan system, the stupid error is shown as "your name in Adhar and vahan database does not match". This kind of matching is done by vahan only and it is useless. On the other hand the Income tax department has never done such comparison. Their simple formula was OTP on the mobile of Adhar. The vahan should follow the foot steps of Income tax website.
